ClearNex Agency is committed to transparency, professionalism, and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any services.

1. Insurance Products
ClearNex Agency facilitates the sale of insurance products issued by licensed insurance carriers.

Because insurance policies are issued and underwritten by third-party carriers:

  • Premium refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific insurance policy.

  • Any cancellation or refund of premium payments must comply with the issuing carrier’s guidelines.

  • ClearNex Agency does not directly control underwriting decisions or carrier refund timelines.
     

Clients should review their individual policy documents for detailed cancellation provisions.

2. Three-Day Right to Cancel (Business Refund Policy)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection standards, ClearNex Agency honors a Three (3) Business Day Right to Cancel for eligible service agreements.

If you purchase a service directly from ClearNex Agency (such as consulting, coaching, or non-insurance related services), you may cancel the agreement within three (3) business days of signing and receive a full refund, provided:
 

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within three business days.

  • Services have not already been fully rendered.

  • No third-party fees have been incurred on your behalf.
     

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Your request must include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of service

  • Clear statement requesting cancellation
     

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Application fees paid directly to insurance carriers

  • Underwriting or medical exam fees

  • Third-party processing fees

  • Services already completed or delivered
     

These fees are determined by third parties and are outside the control of ClearNex Agency.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact ClearNex Agency first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly.

5. Policy Cancellations After Issuance

Insurance policies may include a “Free Look Period” (often 10–30 days depending on the carrier and state). During this time, policyholders may cancel directly with the carrier for a potential refund of premium paid, subject to policy terms.

Clients should refer to their individual policy documents for specific details.

6. Modifications to This Policy

ClearNex Agency reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
